After working for several Fortune 500 companies and feeling unfulfilled, I realized I wanted to start my own business. In big corporations, my efforts felt like throwing a quarter into the Grand Canyon—no matter what I did, it never seemed to make a difference. I decided to work for a small business, where I learned about the challenges and operations and saw the challenges firsthand. I witnessed the freedom and risk of owning a business, and I was hooked. Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to own a business, but I didn’t know where to start or have the necessary tools.
After five years working in a blue-collar small business, I started my junk removal business. It hasn’t always been easy—there have been long hours and stressful moments, along with family members and friends doubting me and people getting offended by my success. But at the end of the day, I love the grind and hustle. I began with just a six-foot bed of a Ford truck, then moved to a landscaping trailer, and eventually to dump trailers and Isuzu NPRs with a dump box.
It didn’t happen overnight. Each day, I put in the time and sweat to grow the business. While I still have a lot to learn and room to grow, I believe anything is possible with my dedicated team by my side.
I am deeply committed to supporting the local community in Maricopa County, Arizona. Giving back and helping our community thrive is a core part of our mission.
